Story draft for the Baby Mo book
What Is Jannah?

"Umi, what is Jannah like?" asks Baby Mo. So they make a garden of good deeds — and Baby Mo learns how to plant his way there.
After story time, Baby Mo asked, "Umi, what is Jannah like? Is it true there are rivers and no one ever cries?"
"It's true, dear," said Umi. "Jannah is the most beautiful place Allah has prepared for those who believe and love to do good. Everyone there is happy, and there's not a single bit of sadness anymore."
Baby Mo's eyes sparkled. "I want to go there! How, Umi?"
Umi smiled a secret smile. "Not by only wishing. Jannah is like a garden — we plant it slowly, one good deed, one flower. Let's make a Garden of Good Deeds today!"
Umi drew an empty garden on a big sheet of paper. "Every time you do something good, we'll stick on a flower."
Baby Mo thought for a moment. Then he ran to share his biscuit in half with Baby Ais. "This is sharing!" And Umi stuck a red flower on the paper. 🌷
Soon, Baby Ais dropped her toy and nearly cried. Baby Mo picked it up and gently gave it back. "This is helping!" — and a yellow flower grew. 🌻
Before eating, Baby Mo said "Bismillah," and after, "Alhamdulillah." Two more flowers bloomed in the garden.
As the sun set, the paper was full of colourful flowers. Baby Mo gazed at it in wonder. "My garden turned out so pretty, Umi!"
"See," said Umi gently, hugging both her children. "Every little good thing you did today planted one flower. That's how we long for Jannah — not just imagining it, but planting it with good deeds, little by little, while asking for Allah's mercy."
That night Baby Mo slept with a smile. In his dream, his garden of good deeds grew vast — as wide as he could imagine.
Jannah is Allah's gift; we head toward it with faith and small, steady good deeds.
Now, make a Garden of Good Deeds with your little one: for each kind act today, draw or stick on a flower. Watch the garden grow! 🌸
