While rising
Sami'allaahu liman hamidah
Allah hears the one who praises Him.
Said when rising up from the bowing
Sami'allaahu liman hamidah
Allah hears the one who praises Him.
Rabbanaa lakal-hamdu mil-as-samaawaati wa mil-al-ardhi wa mil-a maa syi'ta min syai-im ba'du
Our Lord, to You is all praise — filling the heavens, filling the earth, and filling whatever You will beyond them.
When rising from ruku' and standing upright before prostrating.
For a moment we stand tall, praising Allah wholeheartedly — a calm pause between two movements.
