Every parent is a shepherd

كُلُّكُمْ رَاعٍ وَكُلُّكُمْ مَسْؤُولٌ عَنْ رَعِيَّتِهِ
Meaning
Each of you is a shepherd, and each of you is responsible for his flock.

Note for parents
A child is a trust, not a possession. The parent's task is not to print a copy of themselves, but to walk a new soul toward its Lord. That is the heaviest and noblest work.
