اتَّقُوا اللَّهَ وَاعْدِلُوا بَيْنَ أَوْلَادِكُمْ
Meaning
Fear Allah and treat your children with justice.

Justice doesn't mean identical treatment — a young child needs more time, an older one more trust. Justice means giving by need, and never comparing in a way that belittles.
