سُبْحَانَ الَّذِي يُسَبِّحُ الرَّعْدُ بِحَمْدِهِ وَالْمَلَائِكَةُ مِنْ خِيفَتِهِ

Transliteration

Subhanalladzi yusabbihur-ra'du bihamdihi wal-mala'ikatu min khifatih

Glory be to the One whom thunder glorifies with His praise, and the angels do so out of awe of Him.
