For a child holding a screen for the first time, complicated games only frustrate. Meet Baby Mo is as simple as it gets: nine tiles, with Baby Mo hiding behind them. Tap them one by one and see who appears!

What it builds
- Curiosity — every tile that opens invites "what's behind this one?".
- Hand-eye coordination — tapping exactly on a tile is real fine-motor practice for toddlers.
- Cause and effect — "when I tap, something happens". A basic lesson that builds confidence.
Who is it for?
Ages 2–6, especially first-time players. No timer, no losing — so no tears. Once Baby Mo appears, little ones usually ask to play again straight away.
How to play together
- Sit your child on your lap and let them choose the tiles.
- Guess together before tapping: "Which part could it be? A hand? An eye?"
- When Baby Mo appears, greet him: "Assalamu'alaikum, Baby Mo!"
Tips for parents
- 5–10 minutes is plenty. Stop while it's still fun, not when they're tired.
- Make it a talking moment: name colours, body parts and Baby Mo's expressions.
- Teach salam early — this game is the perfect chance.
The Prophet ﷺ said: "Shall I tell you something that, if you do it, you will love one another? Spread salam among yourselves." (Muslim 54)
After saying hello, try the other Baby Mo games, or read Baby Mo's picture books together.
